Marc Doehnert serves as Sales Director for IGEL in Australia and New Zealand, based out of the Sydney office. With more than 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development within the information technology sector, Marc is responsible for expanding IGEL’s footprint in Australia and New Zealand and building relationships with tier one alliance partners. Starting as a virtual desktop and virtual app consultant in Germany, Marc has worked with organisations of many sizes on all aspects of cloud and virtual desktop strategy. After a well-earned hiatus of nine months during which he explored Asia and ANZ, Marc’s travels led to him settling in Australia in 2013. IGEL tracked him down in this new environment, and proposed that he initiated sales and marketing operations for ANZ. The rest, as they say, is history.
